What to Expect
BESPOKE SESSIONS TAILORED FOR YOU
01. BESPOKE PACKAGE
Following a complimentary clarity call we will devise a coaching package for your needs and arrange sessions day/time(s) that work around your schedule.
02. SESSION STRUCTURE
Sessions are 1 hour 30 mins, either in person or online. In between sessions you will receive exercises to help you move forward and I’ll also be available for support.
03. CREATING A VISION
We will start where you are, gently mapping and creating a vision of where you want to be, whilst I coach you through the skillsets that will make your vision a reality.
04. TAILORED SUPPORT
You will have my support through the whole process - helping you stay motivated and encouraged. Our sessions will include accountability and habit tracking.

Does the coaching take place in person or online?
The initial free clarity call takes place online so we can chat wherever you are in the world. Follow-up appointments can take place in person if you are based in Kent, and are otherwise online over a video call which we can fit around you and your schedule.
I'm new to this, where should I begin?

I'm looking to lose weight quickly, can you help?
If you are looking for yet another method for quick weight loss, that’s not really what I am here to offer. The premise of my approach is that you are ready to go deep to resolve the root cause of your binge eating.
As we work together, the focus will be on your health, mindset, finding genuine food freedom and cultivating authentic happiness from within. Weight loss is a side effect of health, happiness and food freedom and this approach brings lasting results.
